I know! I love making these - and I love eating them even more. And so does my husband! :D You can really add in anything you want - I've done it with (vegan) chocolate chips, coconut flakes, dried buckwheat, dates instead of honey, all sorts of seeds... the list goes on. So good. And no cooking in the heat of the summer!
